Check In Time: After 4p.m. Check out time by 11a.m. Guest not checked in by 11p.m. will have reservation cancelled. Please contact hotel for late arrivals.
Smoking: Property is smoke free. This also includes all Vape/E-cigarette Products. Guests found smoking on Hotel property will be asked to leave with no refund and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
Advance Deposit: A 1st night plus tax payment is required when reservation is made for all standard reservations. For June Senior Week/ Weekly Rentals a 25% down payment is required.
Standard Cancellation/Change Policy/Early Check Outs: Reservations changed or cancelled 9 days prior to check in forfeit 1st night plus tax. Guest making reservations 9 days or less prior to arrival are inside cancellation policy already and deposit is non refundable/ non transferable. Reservations cancelled prior to the 9 day window will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Group cancellations refer to group contract. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Hotel does not refund for storm activity. If a state order mandatory evacuation is ordered guest are permitted to use advance deposit up to 1 year for future stay. No refunds for Early Checkouts or room evictions.
June High School Senior Week Change/ Cancellation Policy/ Early Check Outs: Reservations changed or cancelled 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the 25% percent advance deposit required when making reservation. Cancellations outside of 30 day policy will result in a $75 processing fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. No refunds for early check outs or room evictions.
Credit Card/ Personal Check Payments: Credit Card payments are accepted only when the card hold who’s name appears on card is present at check in with valid photo identification. We do not accept credit card payments from persons not staying at hotel. Personal checks are accepted as long as they are received 21 days prior to check in. Personal checks are not permitted at check in. All returned checks will be accessed a $50 fee.
Security Deposit: Guests 24 and under and cash paying guest are required to pay a refundable cash security deposit at check in. All reservations June to September will have a security deposit is $300. All other times of year will require a $100 cash security deposit.
Parking: We offer 1 complimentary parking spot in 2 different parking lots. One lot is located across street from hotel and other lot is one block south of hotel. Each Parking lot is marked with Monte Carlo Parking Signs. Additional parking spots can be purchased for $19.95 +tax per day (Note: Limited Availability) Hotel offers preferred parking with access to parking spots directly beside hotel front lobby for $19.95 +tax per day. All vehicles are parked on hotel lots at own risk.
Outdoor Pool: Rooftop Outdoor Pool 3rd St. location and 11th St. Outdoor Pool : Open Memorial day weekend- labor day weekend 9a.m.-8p.m.; Closed after that.
Rooftop Hot Tub 3rd Street location: Hot Tub Opens daily Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day. from 9a.m.-8 p.m.; Closed all other dates.
Indoor Pool 3rd St. location: Open daily 9 a.m.- 11p.m.
Suites Outdoor Pool 11th St. Location: Open Memorial Day weekend – Labor day Weekend 10a.m.-6 p.m.
Severe Weather: All pools will be closed just before, during and 60 minutes after severe weather. Pools/ Hot tub may also be closed at various times for pool cleaning. Pools do not have lifeguards and guest swim at own risk.
Pool requirements: Guest 15 and under require adult supervision at all times inside gated pool areas . Hotel not responsible for damaged clothing or jewelry worn into any pool and or hot tub.
Room Types: City View Guest Rooms offer a private balcony with city view. Side Ocean View Studio Suites offer a side ocean view from your private balcony. 11th St. 1 and 2 bedroom Condo Suites offer private balcony city view only. We are not an Ocean Front Hotel .
Bikes and Pets: Bikes are not allowed in hotel but may be parked at outside bike rack. Pets are not permitted onto any part of hotel property.
Discounts: Black out dates apply and discounts may be discontinued at any time and may not be combined. Discounts rates are only offered online, not for phone reservations.
Ice: The hotel has an ice machine available to all guests and all of our guest rooms come equipped with small refrigerators offering ice trays. Large bags of ice are not available at the hotel.
Additional Fees/Taxes: Rates do not include 6% State Tax, 4.5% Local Tax, or Resort Fee, $15 per night year round. Resort fee includes no additional charge for wifi, parking and local calls. Hotel will not honor incorrect rates on internet. Rates are based off double occupancy for most room types. Additional persons charges: Guest 15 and Under Stay Free when in room with Adult. Guest 16 and over are charged at $10- $15 per guest per night. All damages to rooms will be billed to credit card on file or taken out of security deposit.
Shopping Cart Extras: Shopping cart extras purchased during reservation and during stay are non refundable including preferred parking, extra parking and all other shopping cart entries.
Other: Grills, electric griddles and other cooking items not provided by hotel are not permitted on property.
Refunds/Discounts: We will try our best to solve any issue that arises. If any issues come up during stay please notify front desk immediately. Hotel does not refund / discount for power outages, cable outages, and internet outages.
Rooftop Bar: Our beautiful rooftop bar offers beer and wine with a view. The rooftop bar hours vary, and since the bar is open air, it will be closed during all severe /rainy weather. Open Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend.
